TEMPORARY LOSSES Edit

• For the wish festival, Merlin wished that Arthur was less of a prat. So, for an entire day Arthur was genuinely polite, overtly affectionate, and helpful.
  
• Joint loss with Allen Walker; they switched bodies for 11 days.
  
• Mass body swap loss with Team Camelot. Arthur became Guinevere. Lasted over the Halloween Plot.
• Mass loss with Alice Cullen, Apollo Justice, Bad Girl, Cagalli Yula Athha, James Potter, Kashiwagi Mai, Reno, Tony Stark and Yuan. They were stuck in the movie theatre for four days, watching constant stream of B-rated movies, commercials at night to sleep by, and forced to only consume soda and popcorn. And...Whoppers.
• Became handcuffed to Morgana for a week.
• Body swap loss with Joan Harris, that lasted for a week in length. Third one in under a year, not funny Castle :|
• Believed he, Gaignun Kukai, Jr. and Lavi were brothers, who grew up having a normal life with two parents in modern day Canada.

RELATIONSHIPS Edit

CANON Edit

Freya Has yet to meet her in canon, but is aware she is a resident of Camelot, and turns into a beast in the evening and must kill once she has. She's a friend of Merlin's.
Gaius Court physician, so totally unhappy with him at the moment. This guy has been taking care of him since he was born, and Arthur generally feels comfortable in his presence. He doesn't order him around, and if he does it's politely and on behalf of his father. Is kind of pissed off that Gaius drugged him so he'd miss out on fighting
Guinevere Morgana's maid. Seems sort of indifferent to her, at the moment. She's been around in the background for a long time, but before Merlin came along they had very little to do with each other and he took no notice of her. The first time he spoke to her out of the context of an order was to arrest her for being a witch. She was falsely accused at the time, and while their 'relationship' hasn't worsened, it's not gone anywhere else either.| He's her loss as well, which certainly makes getting to know her much more awkward. Still, she was very kind to him after the events of the baby plot, so he won't mind speaking to her more often.
Gwaine A knight from Camelot, that Arthur will apparently meet in the future. He doesn't seem to take a lot seriously, and he's definitely got a vicious streak. He brought news of the temporary fall of Camelot, and the person who orchestrated it. Arthur doesn't believe him, but so far he seems to be a good guy with the same surprising amount of loyalty as his other knights. Currently living on his couch, and Arthur isn't entirely opposed to getting to know him better.
Lancelot A commoner who impersonated a nobleman in order to become a Knight. He was one of very few who was capable of lasting for more than a minute in a spar against Arthur, and thus was Knighted. Of course, when his charade was discovered he sort of...Had to go sit in jail for awhile. Arthur forgave him for his deception and remarked that it was a shame he was not of noble birth, as he fought like a true Knight. As far as Arthur knows, Lancelot killed the griffin and Arthur is the opinion of the code for Knights being only for nobles needs to change. Ran into him again quite a few months later, and he'd changed drastically. He's still a good man, but he was a fighter for hire. They were rescuing some lady Arthur can't actually remember.
Merlin Manservant. Mentally afflicted, it's absolutely dreadful. In reality, Merlin is a very good friend of his as well, one who Arthur would die for. Of course he generally translates this to Merlin by calling him an idiot, telling him how incompetent he is as a servant [though this is in fact true], and beating him up under the guise of practice.
Mordred A druid boy that was imprisoned by his father for the crime of being a race of people that practice magic. They're outside of Camelot's jurisdiction but an "enemy" all the same. He felt the death sentence for a child who has yet to do anything to be pretty much unjust, and so when Morgana asked him to help break him out of the dungeons and get him back to his people, it took only a little prompting for him to do it. Is currently the only character to know his name, and Paradisa has made him think this kid will be his undoing.
Morgana His father's ward. They only get along half the time. If that, generally because they're too busy bantering back and forth either spitefully or flirtatiously. This often times serves as a venue for Morgana to manipulate Arthur into a position she wants him to go. Considering their behaviour, it's a bit surprising that it's usually a decision that either benefits Arthur, or one he would have chosen himself if not for his sense of duty. He has of yet been unable to refuse her anything for long. Yay, you're back~
Morgause A sorceress who came to the castle to challenge him to a duel under the knights code, that is to the death. She refused to back out and once it took place, she won. She agreed to spare Arthur's life if he swore that after three days he would come and find her and complete a task she'd set for him. No matter what it was. He agreed. It turns out the task was to put his head on a chopping block. Since he'd given her his word, he did so. In reward she granted him one wish, which was to see his mother. He feels gratitude to her for that, and that's about it.
Nimueh She didn't out and out try to kill him, but she did pretty much leave him to die. He doesn't know her name, how she knew him, or what her interest in him is. He just knows that apparently his destiny isn't to die by her hand. Turns out that she helped his parents conceive him through magic. Now he knows her name, but since no one also described her to him at the time, he has no idea that these two people are one in the same.
Uther Pendragon Daddy dearest. He doesn't know much about the circumstances surrounding his mother's death, other than she died in childbirth, so is clueless to the fact that that keys into a big part of their relationship. Uther cannot be described as a very expressive father, unless it's expressing anger. While he does let Arthur get away with disobeying on occasion, a privilege nobody else gets, he has no problem punishing him harshly or tossing him in jail if he thinks it will gain obedience. He never apologizes for anything, and because of this, up until recently he has made Arthur feel a failure and like a giant disappointment to his father. They has...A ton of issues. Currently he hates him.
Ygraine His mother. She died in childbirth, and he's carried the guilt of that deep down throughout his life, feeling like he caused her death. When he got to see her through the use of magic, his mother told him that she was actually barren and in order to produce an heir, his father asked Nimueh to use her power over life and death to give her one. She said that Uther knew a life would have to be exchanged to keep the balance of the world, and willingly sacrificed Ygraine for Arthur. So now on top of hating his father and wanting to avenge his mother, he still feels like he's killed her.

Allen Walker Arthur's boyfriend. Their love story started like most of any great nature, as two kids playing in the sandbox of life, knocking each other down and tugging their hair in an effort to one up the 'meanie head'. Unfortunately, they were 18 and 21 respectively, and thus were just two quarrelling idiots who couldn't agree based on miscommunication. Six months into a rivalry that made no sense to anyone but them, and with a lot of hurtful events, such as Arthur signing Allen up to be auctioned off with the most humiliating card known to man...The misunderstanding came to light and bridges were slowly mended. What started out as an effort to do the right thing, in training Allen and helping find a way to rid of the fourteenth, became and equally dependant relationship. Arthur had a source of issues, mostly stemming from Camelot or encounters with the Noah that no one but Allen could grasp. They were a team that functioned very well together in the face of the castle's many plots, and over time their bickering became less of a habit and more of a sandbox style of flirtation. A few Christmas kisses here or there and a lot of heart to hearts, idle feelings grew deeper and circumstances were determined not to let them hide it. After being forced to work through their urge to hide behind denial by Jr, they agreed to a trail dating period, and realizing that what they had could work, solidified until it is what it is today. And the rest is history~

Friends Edit

• Timcanpy: Idk, mah bff Tim? Arthur does still find him annoying on occasion, but has really gotten used to viewing him as some sort of pet. He definitely has a fondness for Tim and treats him more kindly than he does...Oh, anyone else. Which is great, because Tim will seek him out to spend time with him. He came to visit Arthur when he was injured and stuck around for the entire roommate plot. He's come along on training sessions as well, and Arthur has spoiled the crap out of him. To the point he ate Allen's CD player in a fit of temper. He is so proud ♥
  

Yamanaka Ino Arthur...Actually likes Ino, which makes almost no sense to him. She reminds him of those frivolous court ladies he knows from home. Concerned with fashion and like she seems oblivious to anything dangerous or bad vibes going on around her. But she can surprisingly hold her own in a fight, and comes across as really compassionate especially her little healing ability, even if he'd never accept it. He automatically respects her for having more depth than the first impression would give her credit for, and being able to fight. And being able to make him laugh? Is a hard thing.

Acquaintances Edit

Asano Rin Flasher survivor buddy! They talked once, about weaponry and how much better it was to train in a variety of them, as opposed to one. They later met properly in person during the LA plot, when they were sharing a bus and someone got a little too handsy. Realizing they were both horribly lost, they paired up with Erica Hartmann and decided to try to find their way back together. That was the worst adventure ever. But he does enjoy her company, and can't find fault with her plan for the Outpost.
Colette Brunel A girl he met on the grounds the first time he took his brand new puppy for a walk, and seemed quite upset at the idea that she had no name of her own. He didn't really get to know her, until he'd moved in with Allen and Lavi and the realization that she was a good friends of theirs happened. About the same time that she and Allen had named his puppy Ruffy without his knowledge, enough that the dog no longer responded to anything else. He finds her sweet and a little naive, but she isn't bad company.
Courage
Damian Wayne He met Damian about the time he was scaling the walls of the castle and came across his window. Naturally their personalities clashed and the conversation stopped to low level insults on each other's parents and Damian tried to push him off the wall for being 'an idiot climbing without any gear', Lana came to his rescue and forced Arthur to climb back into the castle, and Damian to let him into his room. Worst child. ever.
Felix Harrowgate
The Fifth Doctor Was in his group for the Spider Plot expedition. He tried to give Arthur a hand into the tree so he could retrieve his sword more easily, but over balanced and knocked himself out on Jr. Yeah...Oops? Helped treat him once he'd broken his leg as well.

Kate Kane Met her as he was scaling the castle wall for practice, and accidentally came across her balcony, he was trying to get around her, when she spotted him and made a ruckus, naturally he looked over and...Then sat there with his eyes closed. She'd been in the middle of changing and...Burst out onto her balcony to haul him over the edge and attempt to strangle him while demanding answers. She thinks he's crazy for being King Arthur and he's generally too mortified to spend much time with her. Kissed her under the Christmas birds influence.

Pharos A creepy little kid who talk to him from time to time, who tends to appear without reasonable explanation, but not quite strangely enough to truly question it. He's very strange and a lot more intelligent than his age suggests. He let Arthur in on the fact that he can see the nature of living things, i.e. if they're properly human or not, and accidentally mailed Arthur a box of live crickets for Christmas. He's pretty in a cross between enjoying the intelligent conversation despite being mildly creeped out, and never wanting to see him again...Ever.
Stephanie Brown He renamed her Girl. She wouldn't tell him her name and he refused to call her Batgirl and still isn't quite sure if the name is really symbolic, if she's delusional, or after the whole Freya thing, possibly actually bat like. He didn't mind talking to her though, and will probably do it again.
Sora A hyper active friend of Allen's and Halloween's who is determined to make Arthur his friend as well. He brought Arthur a box of ginger cookies and bullied him into letting him stay to share them with glasses of milk. He turned into some creepy evil thing during the Berserk plot while he was accompanying them, and he's not quite sure what to make of him. He used to come over to Allen's castle room with Ino and kick their ass at video games.

Clark Kent Is...Probably the only person who kind of dislikes him. He's grateful for the help he received from Clark, and for his logical manner, but he scared he crap out of Timcanpy by asking him to delete what Tim thinks of as his memories. Due to a misunderstanding, he denied it for awhile, and pissed Arthur off more. It'll take a bit to come back from that. Sorry dude ;;

• The Fourteenth Arthur found out about him thanks to the bodyswap loss. He really didn't enjoy seeing him in reflective surfaces and went out of his way to avoid looking at them as much as he could. He was relieved when he never took him over. Speaking to the 14th leaves a bad taste in Arthur's mouth. The Noah's are strange, creepy people he doesn't like and the idea that he's just riding around in Allen's body for who knows what, is just bad. Knowing the Fourteenth's motivation does make him more comfortable, it's something he can understand. You get a few points for willingly coming with him to the dead zone, but that's all. He wouldn't be upset if he never heard from you again. Also? The fact that the casdtle deemed you useless, unlike the rest of your godmod family, makes him laugh.
  

Gaignun Kukai, Jr. A lot of things go into this one. It's partly because he made it his business to release Merlin and insult Arthur over his chosen punishment for him. Partly because thanks to slang, he only understands half of what this kid says. Another? He dislikes being considered a copy, or anything other than who he is. Mostly the fact that this kid can't seem to separate the idea of Arthur, from the actual Arthur. He seems smart, but since he seems unable to apply logic to this point, he won't be going out of his way to speak to him. Also has 'magic' that he didn't know about before.

Lavi This all started when Lavi was one of the Exorcists to save him from the attentions of Rhode, and a slowly steadying friendship was built up after that. Arthur moved in with Allen and Lavi in April of 2010, and despite brief breaks and changes in living quarters have ultimately remained this way until present. A recent loss between them and Jr, made them think they were siblings. Because of this and the fact that Lavi and Arthur had a not!friendship for a long time, Arthur can't quite help but continue to think of Lavi as his brother. A fact which continuously goes unacknowledged. Mess with him at your own risk.
Cassandra Sandsmark/Wonder Girl Was in his group in the expedition for the Spiders Plot. She helped get him away from the fight to be treated once he'd broken his leg, and stuck around to ensure nothing would attack them while they were be treated. They parted ways after that, but he intends to seek her out and thank her properly.
Erica Hartmann The manliest out of the LA plot bus crew. As they were waiting to catch the next bus, or hopefully flag someone down over the journal to come and rescue them, they were confronted by a flasher, whom Erica proceeded to kick in the groin and knock out of commission. His hero ♥ He appreciated her checking in on him after the Baby Plot, and enjoys her deadpan humour. Will be speaking to her more often.
Princess Justinia (Justinia Elminias Ravin Dol Leira Del)
Kanda Yuu Genuinely thinks his first name is Kanda, with Yuu as the surname due to how Misa spoke about him. He doesn't know very much about Japanese culture and even if he learns, this is how Kanda introduced himself, so he'll stick with it. Not too much of an opinion on him yet. Left and came back.

Puddleglum Was in his group for the Spider Plot expedition. He accused Arthur of looking down and defeated a few times, and called him prideful when he refused antibiotic medication. An interesting...Non-human creature, and nothing like Arthur would have expected from one.
Rapunzel Met her in the library when he tripped on her hair as she was reading on the floor, and crashed into a bookshelf. He stuck around to talk to her after, and he generally found her pretty adorable, very strange and incredibly naive about...Everything ever. He won't mind talking to her again.
Reno Came back and...Is and isn't how Arthur remembers him. He seems a lot more angry and directionless, but willing enough to help out in a crisis and deals with them calmly.

Gino Weinberg Used to think he was a bit of weird scaredy cat from the way he would behave around Arthur. And while being a knight got him automatic respect from him, he always wondered how the hell it had happened. After the December plot however, Arthur feels he doesn't deserve the title and he's dishonourable. He actually said he wished something bad would happen so that he could use Tristan to destroy them, because he didn't like being useless. People who only fight for glory, really piss him off.

FUN FACTS! Edit

• Has Excalibur, prepare to be pwned.
• Has a small, non visible ear piece given to him by Komui that once pressed, will alert every Exorcist currently within residence of Paradisa that he's in trouble. Will most likely not be used.
• Birthday was never stated in canon, despite it being the starting focus of the 9th episode. Because this really can't be ignored in game play, the date the episode aired was chosen for his birthday until canon states otherwise. ♥
