At heart, Billy is just a normal nerdy guy, who deeply aspires to change the world. Dorky and sensitive, if he had headed down a different path, he might have discovered more positive ways to make a difference. Unfortunately, he had his sights set on a more destructive solution, and has become a super villain, taking on the moniker "Dr. Horrible." He is disgusted with the world and his own insignificance, and has an unending drive to change this. He longs to punish the world for its apathetic stupor and make something of himself at the same time, causing mass chaos and sitting proudly at the top of it all. He is far from heartless however, seeing killing as inelegant and uncreative, and prides himself in his clever inventions.

In his search to change the world, Billy instead let the world change him, making him bitter and pushing him further down the slope from simple ambition to true evil. Tragically, he found that he unwittingly had to make a choice between his two great goals in life: being happy, and becoming a true villain. He ultimately chose villainy, and the nerdy boy found true evil and finally obtained his goal. No one laughed at Dr. Horrible anymore, but the success was not what he had expected. There was no joy to be found in his accomplishments.

However, with his arrival in Paradisa, it seems that fate has given him a second chance.

Now, everything that he had achieved in his old life has been taken away, kidnapped by a magical castle, forcing him to essentially start over. He has to find a new goal now, and it will be very interesting to see if his choices end up any differently than they did before. 'Billy' and 'Dr. Horrible' are once more free to fight amongst themselves within him.

--Billy is a proficient inventor, evil-genius, mastermind, etc...though his devices often have a few 'quirks'

--As far as normal humans go, he is almost cartoonishly resilient. It is as if he is built to survive being knocked around by super-heroes.

--Though he cannot design or build devices that cause direct harm (not even a slingshot), he can build computer-hacking devices, freeze-rays, etc. just fine.

--Though it is not technically his true loss, Billy's closet is full of white labcoats and he can't get rid of them--nor can he get the castle to spawn the red ones he prefers. This is because the castle knows that he *truly* wants the white ones...and enjoys annoying him in the meantime.

--Has a surprisingly wonderful singing voice.

Willow -- One of the only 'good' people in Paradisa that he is friends with. Willow won him at the bachelor auction, and they still have yet to go on their 'date.' Also attacked her as a vampire and got staked for his efforts.

Crowley -- Crowley calls him Clone-boy, and Billy is convinced that the annoying man needs a new job. ...And is totally more evil than Crowley. Even though they both randomly confide in each other in particular times of fail.

Barney -- His clone! Barney got him smashed at Crowley's party. As much as he's creeped out by having an identical someone in the Castle, secretly would like to be bros.

Anya -- Willow and his joint friend. Thinks she's odd, but nice...and was thoroughly kissed by her at the bachelor auction.

Sylar -- A scary dude who he'd like to stay on the good side of. Wants to tinker in the 'lab' with him. Also briefly hung out together as vampires.

Faith -- Met her when they were both stuck as kids, played video games with her. She scares him.

Bellatrix -- Ever since he ransacked the town with her as a pirate, he was holding onto hope that she didn't always actively hate him.

Mort Rainey -- Kind of covered him in tapeballs during an experiment, potentially endangering both his and Barney's lives!

Hardison -- A big nerd who turned out to be a great banter-partner. He made fun of the guy at every opportunity, but really found it refreshing to find another geek here.

Rouge -- His partner in crime! Spy-boots entertains him greatly, was alwats looking for an opportunity to cause some trouble with her.

Lex Luthor -- Liked his ambition, wish he would have stuck around longer.

Szayel -- No love lost with this villain. Tried to hunt him down with the Accountant, before he left.

• Adopted a snake from the Animal Center. Crowley informed him that her name was Clarice.
• Unofficially adopted a chocobo from the stable after riding it on the expedition to the Fog, and named it Quark.

• Analyzed the samples and bloodwork from the expedition to the Fog
• Built robots for GLaDOS
• Built himself a robot with an advanced maneuvering system and robotic arm based on Ragna's arm
• Collaborated with Nine and Tony Stark to build an energy system for Asuka's Eva
• Fixed/Upgraded the interdimensional cannon with Rose Tyler

• Repaired Vile and worked on a reflecting shield

---Stuff that Happened

• Crowley reveals that he's the one who killed York, Billy gets more angry than he thought he would. Crowley sat back and lied while Billy ran around trying to make sure that Mai and the other villains were safe. Served as a stand-in moral compass.
• Captain Hammer shows up! Billy is able to get some revenge involving a sharpie and a pink lacy bra, but is still put in a foul mood because of it.
• The Joker sets up an elaborate and dramatic plot, Billy records everything and donates some stun-mines to the cause
• Mai goes on a loss, people die, Billy gets serious about his work
• Gets smashed at Crowley's party, thanks to Barney
• Turned into a kid by eating enchanted candy, plays video games with Faith
• Finishes his lab
• Halloween, turns into a vampire. Bites Rouge, gets bitten by Rouge, and gets staked by Willow after knocking her around
• Tests his homing-tapeballs on the general populace
