History
Edit
Note: This is not to be a serious entry. Malik just can't think of anything better.
Bokura no Taiyou (Our Sun)
Solar Boy Django is the protagonist of the Boktai. He is a vampire hunter, initially out to avenge his father, who was the greatest hunter of all time. After defeating the Count of Groundsoaking Blood and uncovering a conspiracy, he sets off to save the mysterious "Moon Beauty" from the clutches of the immortals, by orders of his mentor, Otenko, the Messenger of the Sun. Along the way, he meets his rival, the Dark Boy Sabata. Sabata throws the next three bosses at Django. At the third boss, Otenko is "killed" by the immortal. Django travels alone to the final stage, where he has to battle the first four bosses again to move on. Sabata attacks him, and upon his defeat, Otenko is set free from Sabata's mind, which he calls a prison. Otenko reveals that the Moon Beauty, Mani, is Django mother and that Sabata is Django's brother. Sabata urges Django to go on and fight the Queen of Immortals, Hel, who is then revealed to be Mani's sister and thus, the final boss is the hero's aunt. In the fight, Sabata comes to aid Django and together, they defeat Hel. Sabata runs off in all of the endings.
Abridged: Django went out for revenge and then ended up killing his aunt and mom. Whoops.
Zoku Bokura no Taiyou: Taiyou Shounen Django (Continuation of Our Sun: Solar Boy Django)
In the second game, "Zokutai", Django loses his treasured gun that was passed to him by his father to a vampire. He is given the Sol de Vice by the Star Reader Zazie. As payment, Django had to find Violet's, a little girl, grandfather. He finds him after following a little black cat named Nero and fighting a giant moth immortal. Zazie points out that the vampire moved east to the desert ruins. Django encounters Sabata again, who is injured by the vampire when they meet. He finds the vampire in the lowest area across the desert. Otenko is kidnapped by a shadow and before the vampire can attack Django, Sabata intervenes. Together, they defeat him and discover that the vampire is their father, Ringo. He was turned into a vampire after the Count's attack on the town. Ringo goes berserk and bites Django, leaving Sabata to purify him. Sabata does, but Django still turns into a vampire and Sabata is left in a very vulnerable state due to the newest feature that allows him to start losing life when exposed to sunlight.
Django, now the Vampire Boy, goes to a dark city where a mysterious voice explains his new powers. He is attacked by the city's guard who did not recognize Django at first. After solving a maze work that requires several transformations from vampire to mouse/bat, Django goes down and meets Dainn, the shadow who kidnapped Otenko. Ringo shows up again and attacks Dainn, giving Django enough time to fight the immortal of the stage. He defeats her, but can't find Dainn or Ringo after the battle. During that purification sequence, Django is rallied by the residents of the city and is able to turn back into a human, allowing him to finish purification without harm. Sabata is feeling better since he was able to find Nero and give him back to Violet. The cat wanders off again and Django follows him to the next stage, where Ringo is. Ringo instructs Django to go around and find some cards to open up the stage because he fears that Dainn's in there. Django does so, Sabata attempts to intervene again, but is too late. Ringo opens the stage and goes off to wake up the immortal inside as Sabata gives chase. Django tries to follow, but is stopped by several traps. When he does catch up, Sabata is injured again and Ringo turns out to be possessed by Dainn. He throws Nero back to Django, who throws the cat to Sabata because Django seemed to have known that a giant tentacle would grab him. Django defeats the giant octopus and purifies her.
After the purification, Sabata and Django go off to the second-to-last stage, Spiral Tower. They fight Ringo again, and halfway through, Dainn abandons Ringo to fight Django alone. Unfortunately, Dainn already woke up a beast that lay asleep beneath the tower, but they have to take Dainn to purify. Django is forced to purify Ringo and Dainn together and loses his father once again and regains his gun. Sabata pops up and releases Otenko from Nero's mind. Sabata is then revealed to be the next Moon Beauty and he opens up the last stage for Django. Django goes underground to re-fetter Jormungandr, the Ancestor Piece that would eat up the world. Even though Django defeats the monster, it is still too strong for the solar chains and ends up swallowing the Solar Boy. However, Django turns the tables on Jormungandr and seals it from inside. Then in an off screen moment after a mysterious shadow that resembles his father's old form helps, Django escapes Jormungandr and exits the tower. In the end, he contemplates on the balance between light and dark.
Abridged: Django went back to San Miguel, nearly got raped several times (srsly), killed his daddy, and nearly got eaten. Yay.
Shin Bokura no Taiyou: Gyakushu no Sabata (New Sun: Sabata's Counterattack)
Also known as Shinbok and the BRING SHINBOK TO AMERICA (by delusional fanboys who still think that online petitions work)
Shinbok begins with an amnesiac Django who mysteriously becomes more herp derp than usual. When a dirty little urchin from the future lands on a tombstone, he is able to break out of the dungeon he was trapped in and regain his memories. Unfortunately, those memories also contained the memories of Sabata killing him in cold blood and rejoining the Immortals. Django decides to follow where the Count went, because the Count is still alive again somehow. In the Lifeless Town, Django defeats the Count again, but the bastard still lives, thanks to planting a bat on Trinity, the aforementioned dirty little urchin. His journey then takes him to an Ancient Tree, the remains of an old Solar Tree. At the top, Django beats the monstrous bird Hresvelgr while saving Trinity's butt from an unpleasant death by thorns. Django purifies Hresvelger, but it turns out to be a trap, for the Count was counting on Django to do that so he could absorb the energy Hresvelger was absorbing from the tree. Yes, the Count was counting. He overwhelms Django, who momentarily passes out. With the last bit of strength, the Ancient Tree's will wakes him up and gives him the power to fuse with Otenko to become Sol Django, the ugliest transformation ever. Sol Django counters the Count, ending the stupid puns forever. The Count reveals a bit of Ratatosk's plot and Sabata's location.
So Django heads off to the White Forest, where he fights and defeats his brother in the snow fields. With whatever sanity Sabata had left, he convinced Django to take him to the pile driver and purify him. Again, Django falls into a trap. Ratatosk uses Django to drive Sabata half to death so that he is more easy to control. Ratatosk then takes Sabata to the Moon, leaving Django stranded on Earth. Before the suicidal move, Sabata apparently left a note detailing how to find them. Apparently, there is an island out at sea with the Magic Cannon that can send people to the Moon. Trinity is shocked by Django's resolve to find and stop Sabata, and continues to tail them. While in the Pirate Island, Trinity continues to annoy the crap out of Django and Otenko. They encounter Nidhoggr, who only serves to stall. Django and Otenko sail a ship to the island with the Magic Cannon and are fired off into space.
Unfortunately, they hit the remains of Dark Castle first, Queen Hel's old castle, which has been renovated with new puzzles and traps. Sadly, there are only new puzzles and traps, and the upholstery, carpeting, and walls are still same. Django and Otenko climb up the Castle again, and encounter Sabata in the same room Django bested him the first time. Trinity bursts in and reveals that it is not Sabata, but Ratatosk in disguise. Trinity manages to get a blow in on Ratatosk, but Ratatosk whips the poor boy and traps him in a Dark Dimension. Having more motivation, Django blazes through to the Throne Room, where Ratatosk reveals what he needs Sabata for: controlling Vanargand. Django kicks his ass and purifies him, but to their horror, doing so only makes Vanargand go out of control since Ratatosk was holding it back for his own greedy purposes. Django and Otenko continue to the moon and land on the lost paradise, Mahoroba. He finds Sabata's spirit, which begins to spill his secrets. That he wanted to revive Carmilla because he felt guilty. That he wants to kill Django because he is too used to fighting and Django is the ultimate opponent. That those feelings helped Ratatosk control him. Then he explodes as well as the rest of Mahoroba, turning it into a hellish nightmare. Django and Otenko descend deep into the Moon where Vanargand is. He is too late to save Sabata, and is helpless to watch as Vanargand absorbs him. Knowing what he must do, Django uses Sabata as a weak point on the beast and defeats it. Carmilla and Otenko appear to seal Vanargand away, but it still has enough strength to absorb them. Before disappearing into it, they urge Django to get to the sunlight to further Carmilla's stone seal on it.
Django rides off on his motorcycle to sunlight while mourning his losses. To his horror and disbelief (and to a point that I'm sure anyone would throw their GBA out the window because this shit is so bananas), Vanargand begins to chase him down the road. He is about to lose hope, but Sabata's and Carmilla's voices reaches out to him and he regains his resolve. After a while, Sabata bursts out from the beast on his own motorcycle (where he pulled it out from is still unclear, but we'll assume he stole it from a bomb throwing skeleton). He is himself again, but their reunion is cut short because they weren't watching the road and crash at a dead end. Luckily, sunlight pours into the area. Django uses his Dark Trance and Sabata amplifies his powers. Carmilla then immediately seals Vanargand again and resolves to watch over it. Sabata then explodes in a burst of lunar light and joins Carmilla to watch over Vanargand. To add more salt to the injury, the added up abuse Otenko has taken has rendered him too weak to stay, and he too leaves to go back to the sun.
Django returns to the Earth and continues to mourn and contemplate all that has happened and all that will. To his surprise, his angsting is interrupted by Trinity, who falls from a tree. Django is shocked that the dirty little urchin is alright, but it turns out his poncho, a memento of his mother, protected him. Once Ratatosk was purified, he was freed, but felt he would destroy the mood if he told Django and Otenko he was alright. Feeling tired, Django can only laugh and cry at this in spite of himself.
Abridged: Django was killed, came back to life because of his vampire blood, but was supposed to stay underground until some kid messed with the time space continuum and made Boktai 3 and Lunar Knights divergent timelines. Shit hit the fan including conspiracy theory and Django had to kill Sabata.
tl;dr
Edit
He killed his entire family because of vampires. Yeah.
Notes
Edit
Vampire Blood
Edit
Close to the end of Boktai 1, the Count tells Django that he is a mutt; he has the blood of a Solar Child and a Lunar Child, which allows him to use his gun and ignore the effects of the undead (most anyway). Mid Zokutai, Django is bitten by his father (who was bitten by the Count btw), and is turned into a vampire for a short time until you get to spam Trans, which becomes Trance in Shinbok and is no longer spammable. He enters Paradisa in his vampire form, but after his death in the Nelo Angelo Plot (5/25/08-5/28/08), he returns in his regular human form. However, even though he is no longer a vampire, he still has vampire blood in him, and thus still has some effects, which are munfudged, but the lack of material in canon allows for it:
- Lunar eclipse: the influence of vampirism on his mind are probably the greatest. Except he can't do diddly squat. He'll be crippled from a hunger that can't be satisfied.
- Solar eclipse: He'll feel incredibly weak, woozy, and will be unable to walk in a straight line. He'll more than likely faint in the worst possible place for him to faint.
Pets
Edit
- Django has a cat named Melanie, but he calls her Melmel. He received her from his brother Sabata for Christmas 2007. He loves her dearly.
- Since Romeo left the castle, Django also inherited his cats, which Romeo got from Hamlet when Hamlet left. Confusing, huh? He'll be taking care of Hitsu-chan and Senetsu-chan until Romeo gets back and Django will probably let him take them back if he wants. He doesn't know they were originally Hamlet's though. SOMEONE TELL HIM :|
- After Lucian
the dickleft, Django also inherited Piringo, who was actually Aaron's until Aaron left. A shiny Chatot named after Django's father. He likes to roost in Django's hair.
Canonically known facts
Edit
- Family: Ringo (father), Mani (mother), Sabata (old brother, speculated to be twins), Hel ("Aunt")
- Favorite food: Apples (As a human; assumed to be because it's one of the main recovery items in the series), Tomato juice (As a vampire)
- Boktai has a crossover with Capcom's Rockman.exe (Megaman Battle Network) series. In EXE4 (BN4), Hideo Kojima, the creator of the Boktai (And many other famed) series, managed to get Django in a cameo in the amusement park area. The game contains four versions of a Gun Del Sol (Django's Gun) chip. EXE5 (BN5) and Zokutai have a new crossover battle system where the two games can be connected, fighting the same character in different styles. The goal of the crossover battle is to defeat the boss (Shademan.exe) first and sabotage your opponent as much as possible. EXE 6 and Boktai 3 have another crossover battle, this time fighting a Boktai boss (The Count of Groundsoaking Blood). Unfortunately, Shinbok was never released outside of Japan and thus, BN6 had to erase all traces of Boktai, with the exception of the Gun Del Sol chips. Well, Gun Del Sol EX was erased, but versions 1, 2, and 3 are still there. EXE: Twin Leaders (On the DS) had a double slot with Boktai 3, unlocking Sol Cross Rockman/Megaman where Megaman can have the cross that resembles Sol Django (The Solar Transformation). Battle Network: Double Team uses Boktai 2 instead. Alledgely, Kojima's son liked the Megaman series so much, he refused to talk to his father until he somehow got some... thing to do with the series. So, being the Master of Begging that he is, Kojima managed to strike the Battle Network and Boktai crossovers. Although neither furthers the main storyline, the continuous references, which continues to their spiritual successors, to their worlds crossing implies that it is canon.
- Django was turned into a vampire in the second game. He regains the ability to turn back into a human after one stage. Most of the third game hardly refers back to that, except in the beginning where you regain the power if you've never played the second game, and in the end, if you use the Vampire transformations more than the Solar transformations.
- He also collects dolls. Most of them look like Otenko, but they're not?
- Apparently he is also a very good driver, as he should be if he manages to survive all the god damn motorcycle stages on the first try and still have a very functional bike. He can also man a ship, with a crew comprised of himself and a floating sunflower.
- Has the same smell as Sabata. Otenko, why are you smelling them?
Random Tidbits and Speculation
Edit
- In Boktai 2 and Boktai 3, there is an armor option. In Boktai 2, one of the armors was the supposed "love interest"'s dress. Yes. Dress. To make it even better, it was one of the strongest armors in the game. In Boktai 3, another dress Django could equip was the dress of a little girl (more than likely enlarged so it would fit him).
- As for sexuality, it's completely questionable. His mentor is a floating sunflower with a long nose. He, as most typical heroes, does not understand the love interest's emotions, and instead, pines after his brother. As pointed out, Django can crossdress in canon. An extra option for Japanese players in Boktai 2 was to get data from a Joyspot on Valentine's day. It would allow the player to get chocolate from the character who has the highest affection level for Django. These characters are the love interest, the prophet, the little girl, the librarian, and the brother (Malik would like to point out that incest in a Hideo Kojima game is not unusual).
- The entire Boktai series has many references to other things. Django is named after the spaghetti western, Django. There are several Metal Gear references and elements in the game since the series is made by the same person: Hideo Kojima.
- Django was perhaps a vegetarian until Zokutai. All of the Boktai healing items are fruits and vegetables (Kojima I want my infinite inventory back kthx) and there was no sign of any meat production... In fact, there still aren't...
- Currently in Paradisa, Django has two coffins in his room: One is his bike, the Vector Coffin, and the other is the one he used to sleep in. He uses that to stash his guns now because he saw it in a movie and that was THE COOLEST THING EVEEEEEEEEEER.
Relationships
Edit
Canon
Edit
San Miguel
- Otenko : MAAAAAAAAAAAAASTEEEEEEEEEEEEERRR!!! Is a sunflower. Django's mentor. More than likely his best friend since they've been traveling together for about three years, went deep underground to seal a monster, got buried alive together... Yeah. "Died" in Django's canon but is alive in another. It confuses Django while makes him happy at the same time. PLEASE STOP LEAVING HIM. HE CAN ONLY HANDLE YOUR LEAVING HIM FOUR TIMES.
- Sabata : Django's older brother, speculated to be his older twin. Apparently Sabata is so tsundere for Django, he wants to be the one to kill him. Also... STOP LEAVING HIM DAMNIT HE HAS ABANDONMENT ISSUES.
The fact that Sabata was the last of his family and keeps leaving him left Django to develop a brother complex. No more bro-con hilarity, but still has abandonment issues.
- Ringo : DADDY~ The one Django idolizes and places above all others in his hierarchy of respect. He is the man who inspired Django to pick up a gun and shoot the undead, the man who left behind his signature scarf, the man who gave him vampirism because he was crazy for ten years and didn't recognize his own children... Django still loves him and continues to strive to be like his father.
- Trinity : Hobo from the future! The little urchin is surprisingly considered one of his friends for his bravery despite his insolence. But that only gets on Otenko's nerves so it's all good with Django. Perhaps Django sympathizes with him because Trinity lost his mother to Ratatosk. According to Trinity, Django reminds him of his mom, making him wonder what kinds of people are in the future.
- Mani : Mama. Apparently doted on Django since Sabata called him "A sissy mama's boy". All Mani ever wanted was a normal life where she could live and die like a normal person, but her sister Hel foiled that dream by kidnapping Sabata. And then Mani. At the end of Django's first adventure, Hel and Mani were fused together and died together, finally freeing her from a life of immortality.
- Lita : That chick who has a crush on him but he's too oblivious to notice. So Sabata or Zazie told him that she likes him. That broke his brain. She hurts him, physically and maybe a little emotionally. He thinks she's pretty, but knows what lurks under that face. Oh does he know. He might actually have a mutual crush on her as well, but is too afraid of her to see it. When she was here, he definitely noticed a change in her behavior, but he shrugged it off.
- Zazie : The chick who beats him up for money (R--really!!). They have a painful relationship. Due to extended interactions, he might have developed a crush on her, but is still very much afraid of her too. He is certainly protective of her here. Then she went and left twice, leaving him confused about his feelings, for both her and Lita.
- Violet : A very sweet little girl. She took care of his house for him when he was off being dead and buried dead/alive. She calls him big brother and that makes his heart beam like the sun. He and Sabata are like big brothers to her, and if she was ever in danger, Django would be sure to kill whatever threatened her ten times over.
- Nero : Kitty belonging to Violet. Likes to get lost a lot. At two points, Nero hosted Dainn and Otenko, once at the same time. Is apparently a bum since Violet chastises him a lot, but he's a cat.
- Kid : Weird guy with weird hair. Doesn't mind him too much, but Django thinks Kid is rather airheaded.
- Lady : Librarian with a hidden agenda. She runs the Guild in Django's time... he wonders if that's the same one in Lucian's time...
- Steel Smith : The Solar Smith Django worked with to make magical solar swords with using pure concentrated sunlight instead of fire. Smith was Ringo's best friend, mentor, and taught him how to use a gun. He is also Violet's grandfather, so Django is almost as close as family to him.
- Solid Snake :
Just kidding. In Boktai 2, Snake sells Django random crap even though he has no memory. He's just there to throw the fans off. Known to Django as ???. No, really.
Immortals
- The Count of Groundsoaking Blood: .. >:( This man killed Ringo, turned him into a vampire (who then turned Django into a vampire...), thus launching Django's desire for slight revenge. Except he has conspiracies up the wazoo and keeps coming back no matter how many times he dies (and even says so himself). He was once one of Dainn's goons, set to spy on the Queen, but he love with Hel instead, which contradicts the entire "immortals have no emotions" bit. Django absolutely hates him, but wonders if they could have gotten along if both weren't so stubborn about the fate of the world.
- Garmr, the Life Freezing Wolf : Big ice wolf. According to Silvery White Knight, Garmr wasn't so bad before. He, Muspell, and Silvery White Knight were apparently BFF's before the game.
- Muspell, the Iron Giant : Big... Iron golem. Also wasn't bad before.
- Carmilla, the Crying Banshee/Crying Witch : Sabata's lover. He has no ill feelings for her even though she kinda killed his master in front of his eyes and that she's the only thing on Sabata's mind despite many attempts to get his attention bawwww. He felt bad for her, and having to forever guard Vanargand's seal... But at least she's with 'Bata.... Sometimes, he feels guilt over having to kill her, since Sabata cared about her so much, but knows she holds no ill will towards him.
- Hel, Queen of Immortals : Is technically his aunt. She raised Sabata to be a warrior, but considers him a reckless and failed experiment. She was the one who made Sabata into a Dark Boy. At the end of Boktai, Hel merged with Mani, so Mani died along with Hel.
- The Four Ruling Immortals : Zokutai bosses; Black Dainn, Blue Dvalinn, White Duneyr, and Red Durathror. They all tried to kill him, except for Dainn who only wants his body. Take that however you like.
- Dainn : Dainn is responsible for turning Ringo against Django... And apparently now Daddy's soul is bound to Dainn's. Great. Django initially wanted Dainn to go die in a fire (again lol) but if his father's soul is with him... It's rather complicated. He wants to be able to get along with Dainn now, because he realized that the Shadow mustn't be all that bad, since he had sisters who loved him.
- Hresvelg(r), the Death Wings : Giant blob with a nifty hat that turned out to be a giant bird with a giant mouth and giant tongue and big, pointy teeth. Yes, teeth on a bird. Also only has one talon, thankfully.
- Machine King Niddhogg(r) : Geek. Egotist. Geek.
- Puppet Master Ratatosk : Fabulous bastard who stole 'Bata. Yes, he stole him. Ratatosk took control of Sabata in order to control Vanargand. After Django defeats him, Ratatosk reveals that he was the only reason why the world would still be in one piece after Vanargand awakes. Well shit. If Django stayed dead, Ratatosk would take on the title "Lord of Destruction" and eventually trigger the events of Lunar Knights. Or at least according to Lucian. Django hates him for stealing 'Bata.
His spazzy putzness in Paradisa amuses him more than they would had Ratty never stole 'Bata.Gone now, thank Sol.
- Silvery White Knight : Apparently guardian of the Lunar Children before Kojima forgot about him. He and Django fought honorable duels together, and gave him the hax gun frame the Guardian, which shoots out swords made of Solar energy.
Paradisa
Edit
- Ino : Another friend from early Paradisa days. He'll trust Ino with his life as he has repeatedly offered her a place to stay if she ever needed it. He's noticed that she has bad luck with her boyfriends here. Not that he would comment, he's had trouble with his own love life (lack of one anyway). Lately, they haven't talked to each other
- Ravi : A friend from earlier Paradisa days that pops in and out a lot. Django wonders where he goes for such long periods of time.
- Allen : A friend also from earlier Paradisa. He's incurred a huge debt from his former master (Django pities him for having such a bad master, but at least his master isn't a talking sunflower?). They're pretty bro.
- Romeo :
They met when Romeo lost Hamlet. Django promised to talk to him when he was feeling better. Now Django's helping him build the stage outside. :D According to the non-canonical IC memes, Django is now Romeo's bitch. I mean, helper. Yes, I meant helper. Django started getting some romantic feelings for Romeo due to his FABULOUSNESS and talk of romance, but he's been convincing himself that it is merely platonic. After Romeo announced his relationship with Del, he realized that they were romantic and he was doomed to have a shitty love life.gone ;A;
- Aaron : Lucian's shotalicious partner who looks a bit like Django.
His dad is Trinity, which really hurts Django's brain, since the Trinity he knows is a homeless little kid. Django wants to teach Aaron more about gunslinging but he doesn't think Lucian would let him.Gone again, much to Lucian and Django's disappointment, though for very different reasons.
- Lucian : A young but dead swordsman from the future. His existence made Django fully realize the consequences of his death in Shinbok before Trinity arrived. Django wonders if Lucian is one of his descendants, because he sure ain't 'Bata's.... or is he?
He is currently acting like a jerk, probably after Django tried to tease him. Bad idea Django, bad idea... Slowly they're getting better.Gone again, the bastard.
- Yuan : One of Romeo's friends. Django thinks Yuan is pretty smart and wise. He tends to turn to Yuan for advice of the fatherly kind, though lately they haven't spoken to each other much. Still, Django considers them somewhat close, and would gladly fight along side him.
- Kratos Aurion :
One of Yuan's friends who Django spoke to a few times. He ran into Kratos when Kratos was in CRAZYDADDY!Mode and Kratos gave him some wise words when Romeo left. Django mentally compares their relationship to his relationship with Smith. Now Kratos is gone.
- Raine Sage :
The nice young woman who read him stories when he had his kid loss. She's really nice :D But crazy. Django notes the craziness after the trip. Django wonders if his relationship with her is more of teacher/pupil, sister/brother, or even mother/son.He is devastated when she leaves.
- Spanner :
A mechanic Django's spoken to a few times. Apparently he's Gino's boyfriend, not that it matters. He's pretty cool.Gone B|
- Gino : A young man Django met.
Django was bored and Gino was eager to explore, so they went to the "haunted" kitchen. Django's a little concerned about Gino's naivety and well-being.Gone, came back. He seems more... Driven for justice than he remembered B(
- Subaru and Kamui :
Two vampire twins. Django was friends with the previous Kamui and had an infatuation with him due to his similarities to Sabata and not being Sabata at the same time. Subaru is kind and Kamui is grumpier than he remembered, and their bond is something Django wanted with Sabata before he kicked the bucket. Their relationship is turning out... quite similar actually. Django senses that there might be something deeper than just brotherly love between these two, which he senses in his own heart when he thinks about Sabata.Gone yet again. Django hopes they are safe and together.
- Adrian Farenheights Tepes :
Apparently a vampire. He got handcuffed during a castle plot. He's kind of interesting since he's got a few things in common with Django but at the same time they're completely different. Might be the entire "MY WORLD IS DYING" thing on Django's part.Gone from Paradisa. Django would still love to talk to him.
- Amaterasu : SOLAR WOLF HOLY SHIT.
Being a deity of the sun, Django feels a resonance with Amaterasu, one he has never felt before. He would gladly put his life on the line for her.Gone, much to his spiritual dismay.
- Erica Hartmann :
Total gun bros, bonding over Django's antique pistols during the Spider Plot. He trusts her and her skills with his life.Unfortunately, she left.
- Colette Brunel : One of Raine's students from home. Colette is a very kind girl, and Django would like to get to know her better.
- Sora : Here, gone, back, gone again, back, gone again, back, gone again, BACK. This time Django wants to make sure he doesn't try to stray from being friends again. And now they are bros. Django acknowledges Sora's strength, is initially surprised that the kid can slice through entire buildings, but still worries about his reckless behavior. He is proud that they can fight side by side again.
- Kairi : A gentle friend of Sora's, whom even Django has noticed has a strange tendency of disappearing as soon as she appears. This time though, at least she's stayed for a while. Because she is Sora's friend (Girlfriend??), he won't hesitate to help her out.
- Riku : Sora and Kairi's mutual BFF. Django recalls something about him and the darkness, but he's a very nice guy.
- Azure Flame Kite : A sentient program, very much like the Net Navis of the internet world he visited. Django enjoys Kite's company, even if the zombie AI is a little socially awkward. He doesn't hold it against him.
- The Fifth Doctor : One of the doctors. Like all Doctors, Five is very wise, and Django respects him.
- Eleventh Doctor : Sat on him when he was a bench. No hard feelings. Django knows him as Zivilin.
