&&. Age:: mid to late twenties, probably about 27.

&&. Sexuality:: pansexual. even though his future/world has limited (and by limited I mean none) interactions with girls, I can see him becoming more than interested in one.

&&. Canon Point:: After the liner explodes and JJ has rescued Azusa.

CANONEdit

Quite frankly, JJ initially comes off as a cold hearted jerk. This is probably because he is. He's suspicious of everything and everyone, and doesn't put faith or value into anything except himself and his money. JJ is mean mouthed and generally rude, and doesn't think of how his actions or words might affect other people. He does have a strong sense of pride as well, and refuses to bow to anyone. He is characterized as an unrestrained lone wolf, often reffered to as the/a 'beast'. He has the single goal of survival. He doesn't deal in affliations, and will work for whoever hires him. At least, he would, until Dragon Head came along.

HiSTORYEdit

JJ was in a plane crash when he was little. His parents died-- but not from the crash. Instead, they were killed by the Guerilla warfare group that found the airplane. Everyone was killed if they weren't already dead, except for JJ, who was left alive but was pulled into the group. He was trained as a child soldier, and kept as a personal toy for Tiger, the leader. Years later the group was killed off and fell apart, JJ once again spared and sent to rehabilitation in Japan. This was initially meant to heal the scars of his body and mind, but it didn't help to fix that the only thing he could think about or do was to kill. Which is how he ended up going into the killing business.

He is famous as 'Deathscythe' (デスサイズ(死神)) in his homeworld. This is due to that he's notorious for his one-shot kills. His work is highly professional, efficient, clean, and quick. He knows what he's doing, and even when things take a turn for the worse, he doesn't fail his job. Except for once. That was his turning point-- when he came across the deceased parents of Azusa-- his job and another's got mixed up in communications. He escaped the scene with the boy, only to end up spending the next five years with him in a strange relationship-- Azusa trying to get revenge, and JJ constantly stalling him.

This relationship came to a halt when JJ had a run in with Dragon Head-- the main crime organization stationed in Japan. Azusa was kidnapped and JJ was forced to work for them in order to keep the boy alive. After the first few jobs, he was admitted into the organization itself, and had to get a tattoo. The same night there was a bit of a 'welcoming', which actually was blackmail fuel to assure loyalties. He worked for DH for about a year, jobs going from a gunman to security to even working as a host for politicians (the latter not working out very well. at all.).

After about a year he'd been called to meet with Liu. This was strange, seeing as how there were few people who have actually seen him-- and it was only then that he'd learned of rumors that the man was immortal. He'd experienced this first hand when after being offered a job to be his personal bodyguard, the man was shot. Where JJ had thought he was dead, the next day he had seen him as alive and healthy as ever when they boarded the liner. And after a nice display of the man shooting down a few people simply because he was displeased, it didn't take all too much convincing for what happened later. Survival was most important, after all.

Despite his (not so) compliance, JJ was put into solitary confinement. Why? Apparently he wasn't what he was expected to be. This lasted for about a week, JJ starving the entire time, until he was finally deemed broken when he had to bow his head for his meal and eat like the 'animal' he'd initially been thought as. When JJ was finally allowed to return, he was immediately directed back to Liu. Azusa, who had been let out simply for this reason, was directed to walk in on them. He ran out, calling him the 'lowest', leaving JJ devastated because everything he had done up to that point was for him.

The next night a rival crime organization, King Caesar, boarded the liner under the premise of a peace treaty of some sort. However, it didn't end up like planned, as JJ had been ordered to kill the leader. Before then they'd already made it clear that they had no peacable intentions. A huge shoot out ensued, and JJ took care of his target. However, he also set to killing Liu. When he discovered that the liner was set to explode, he went to search for Azusa and escaped with him, intending to go and cut Liu off at the DH headquarters. The ship exploded, and not too long after while they were racing away in the escape boat was when JJ was dragged into paradisa with no memory of the boy.

RELATiONSHiPSEdit

&&. Azusa:; Basically his drive for everything over the few years or so. He gave JJ a soft side, and made him more vulnerable. He remembers nothing about Azusa.

&&. Tachibana:: JJ's fanboy. He doesn't remember or know him at all, since they only met once while at the hotel during the 'five years ago' incident.

&&. Toudou/Master:: A bartender and informant that JJ goes to often. He's the closest thing to a father figure that JJ might accept.

&&. Luka:: Hired to kill him. Doesn't know him in this storyline.

&&. Kiryuu:: Doesn't know him in this storyline.

&&. Ugajin:: Liu's 2nd and right hand. Unpleasant neatfreak with glasses. He created a tape of JJ on aphrodesiacs to assure his loyalties as additional blackmail, and pulled him into the host-for-a-politician business.

&&. Liu:: The leader of Dragon Head, and his boss. He's a mystery to most, well feared, and is known also as the 'Genocide King'. JJ was hired to be his personal bodyguard, only to be forced into sex, solitary confinement, and to essentially have everything ruined so that he'd be Liu's alone. JJ hates him, but at the same time can't understand why the hell he'd put up with it, and will always retaliate. In the end, he can't really decide how he feels about him, and will probably keep trying to kill him despite the fact that he's immortal.
