☂Personality Edit
Sei is pretty much the strongest character in the whole series hands-down, so you'd think that the saying "absolute power corrupts absolutely" would apply here in some measure of degree--but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Sei is in fact very aware of his own capabilities and because of that he takes great lengths to be responsible about it. Rather than use his abilities offensively, Sei chooses to use them as a defensive measure to protect not only vampires, but humans as well in the city he resides in.
He's also different from most vampires in that he shows respect and understanding to everyone he meets, not just other vampires. Humans are held in equal regard in Sei's eyes, and despite his position above them he speaks to them like equals and gives them proper respect. He is a bit on the quiet side though, but that could mostly be due to his age. Since he's over 3000 years old most of what could be said already has been; his sister is similar in this way and in fact doesn't speak at all.
Besides being quiet and polite though Sei is actually a friendly person once you get to know him, and he doesn't like to meddle where he shouldn't. He respects other people's wishes at all times but he will certainly let someone know if he disapproves of them. Like when he bitchslapped Zelman for speaking out of turn.
Overall though Sei's a responsible and fair guy even if he tends to keep to himself. He would always like to help a friend in a pinch, but his years of experience have taught him as well that sometimes helping one person isn't necessarily helping the majority, and that's Sei's priority in Special Zone.
One universal fact about all vampires, no matter what bloodline or age is that their mental and emotional growth will never progress passed their physical age. For Sei this is a bit of a conundrum since his bloodline reincarnates, so while he may possess the wisdom and maturity of an adult, part of his mind still functions like a child and because of this he enjoys playing games, and actually sponsors several game companies back home. He's actually a little addicted.

Before his reincarnation into a child, Sei had the appearance of a young adult and was onlt a foot or two shorter than Cain. His hair was also more of a brown color.

After reincarnating, Sei has taken on the most moe form every of a ten-year-old. His hard is more bluish than brown, but for all intents and purposes he looks like a younger version of himself. Both incarnations wear ponytails, although his old form sported a braided one.

- Zelman ☇ One of the three leaders (four, technically) of Special Zone back home, and someone who is always causing a lot of problems back home. Sei dislikes his attitude and methods, but it probably isn't within Sei to hate him. He's mature enough to understand their differences and to act as the grown-up in their conversations since lord knows Zelman won't, but even Zelman has the innate ability to get under Sei's skin every so often. Overall though Zelman's just an unfortunate circumstance he would like to live without, but can't help but pity deep down knowing the unfortunate fate of his bloodline's need to be driven by war. This causes him a lot of conflict as his very nature goes against Special Zone's stability and peace, but every so often Zelman seems to play some part in protecting it, even if only to suit his own selfish amusement.
- Sayuka ☇ Zelman's secretary, whom he met upon arriving in Paradisa. He finds her quite nice and sensible, which is good since Zelman needs that kind of influence.
☇Paradisa Edit
- Allen ☇ A nice kid that seems to be pushing himself a bit too roughly. Other than that he seems very likeable.
- Akito/Agito ☇ A confusing girl...? Boy...? That he met through voicepost. Not sure what to think of her/him yet.
- Asuka ☇ He can see why Zelman has some interest in her; they're both annoying and immature |Db He doesn't particularly like her attitude, and she says things that seem quite out of place to him, but he doesn't dislike her or anything. He just doesn't understand teenaged girls.
- Chiba ☇ Kind guy.
- Dr. Jack ☇ A guy who seems to have a lot on his mind ): poor thing.
- Evangeline ☇ He spoke to her once when he first arrived.
- General Nyne ☇ She seems very strong and capable, if a little reckless. Overall okay though. Kind of like a butch female Cain.
- Mai ☇ This girl is nothing but a ticking time bomb as far as Sei's concerned. Her motives and actions are hard to guess since she doesn't seem to have any motivation or guiding principles, and even worse is the fact that she hangs out with Zelman. He's hoping that by occupying her time with mahjong he'll give her something to do that won't potentially harm others.

☇He is the strongest, but not the oldest in his canon.
☇His powers are actually weakened when he uses his barrier to the point where Zelman's "perception" abilities (i.e. sensing people) seem to outdo his own.
☇This however could be a deliberate move on Sei's part since ~*~SPOILERS~*~ have shown him to be helping the bad guys B|
☇Sei is a direct descendant of his Source Blood, meaning he was given the Kiss of Darkness personally by them
☇He is one of the Four Gods, referred to as the "Young One" (probably because of his reincarnation abilities)
☇When turned, all vampires are stuck at the mental and physical age of their body at that time; Sei however does not seem affected by this due to his Bloodline's abilities (this could also simply be that he was turned at an older age though)
☇Eye Raid is impossible to use on Sei while he's in "defense mode", since his eyes aren't open; for the same reason he can't use it on others.
