Tsukasa Kadoya

Added by RiderKickCharacter Profile
Spoilers. Spoilers everywhere.
Name: Tsukasa Kadoya [Kamen Rider Decade]
Canon point: The end of the second movie, Movie war 2010.
Sexuality: This is complete headcanon on my part, but I consider Tsukasa to be asexual. He doesn't ever show any kind of interest in romance, plus considering his background and general apathy I just think it's a plausible, and a little interesting too.
Room Number: [TBA]. His room is pretty standard so there's nothing worth mentioning.
Attire: He changes his outfit pretty radically per episode, but in Paradisa, I'm going to have him constantly wearing his prefered black suit with magenta turtleneck. Examples are in the three photos in his personality section.
Permanent Loss: His memories of his personal life. This extends to not remembering Natsumi, her Grandfather, Yusuuke, Daiki, all of the kamen riders he befriended, his sister, his position as Great Leader of Dai-shocker, his home world, his childhood, etc. It's easier to say that what he does remember is his role as Kamen Rider Decade, that he did a lot of traveling and beat a bunch of bad guys and that some people think he's going to end all worlds while some people think he's going to save them. Everything else is forgotten. It's mainly because the most important thing to Tsukasa was himself.

Personality
Edit
On the surface Tsukasa is your typical egotistical jerk who excels at everything he does, showing up people who try their best with little to no effort, even in mundane or everyday tasks. No matter what it is, he seems to have an uncanny knack for everything he does, even on the first try. He singlehandedly defeated two monsters disguised as humans in a tennis match, two on one, who even began cheating by using their enhanced levels of strength, which he countered immediately. Another example is understanding and showing a fluency in the ancient language of the Grongi, which should be impossible as Grongi only existed on the planet he had gone to which was not his home world, plus humanity had yet to translate the language. He's not really humble about his many talents either.

Added by RiderKickPassed all of his arrogant and indifferent behavior, however, Tsukasa is a pretty good guy at heart. He has a knack for pointing out people's good qualities, even if it's something that could be confused for a bad quality. The only problem is the more he cares about someone, the less he'll tell them. If a total stranger wants to help him fight some kind of world destroying monster, it's no problem because he doesn't really know them. He doesn't want them to die or anything, but at the same time he'll be alright with them getting hurt as long as they can pull their own weight. If it was someone he really cared about though, he'll keep them in the dark about it. As long as they never find out about a problem, they won't try to intervene or help, which keeps them safe. Usually this can lead to disaster, a great example being during the Movie war 2010 film. He went around killing all of the other kamen riders, but wouldn't tell Natsumi why. Yuusuke and Daiki simply assumed that the Tsukasa she knew never existed and he was simply doing his job as the destroyer of worlds and had to be stopped. In truth, he was doing it to save the riders, but worried that if she got involved she'd get hurt, or try and convince him there was another way and noone had to die.
Another thing about Tsukasa is he is willing to put himself at risk for greater causes, such as the wellbeing of, well, reality. In actuality he was killing the riders to strengthen the interdimensional barriers between worlds, but needed to die in order to do it. As such, with Natsumi completely convinced he had gone rogue, she had

Edit
Tsukasa grew up in a world that wasn't really unlike any other. It was just your average world, with your average people and their average little lives. The Kadoya family were incredibly wealthy and had a lot of influence in their country. At a young age however, both of Tsukasa's parents died, leaving their children without legal guardians. Tsukasa inherited their entire estate at age ten, deciding he would become completely independent instead of being put into an orphanage. He began to practice everything he could possibly excel at, such as cooking, sports, how to play instruments, science, devoting all of his free time to becoming essentially perfect. As he did, however, he completely neglected his sister. Although he would take care of her by preparing meals, aside from that he would leave her in her room, usually leaving the house or avoiding her to focus on enhancing his talents.
Tsukasa's lack of parental figures, only to have them die at a young age, made him a bit unbalanced. After they died, he began to distance himself from other people and became detached, caring little for his sister at all. Eventually he became completely apathetic and sociopathic, caring only for himself. Once he found out his sister had the unique ability to open portals to other worlds, he discovered that he in turn had the ability to cross the borders between worlds and travel to them. He was still young at the time, but already began planning how he could user both their abilities for grander things.
Timeskip about ten years or so, and Tsukasa has risen to great heights, although they were hardly heights to be admired. He formed a group known as Dai-Shocker and gave himself the title Great Leader. He began to use both his sister's an

If there was one thing consistent about every universe, it was each world had a kamen rider. No matter what their origin was, no matter who they were, no matter how different their abilities and fighting styles were, there existed one for each world who would defend it no matter what. They were also the reason his plans initially failed, as
Added by RiderKickUnfortunately for him, messing around with interdimensional travel is bad for your wellbeing. It finally took it's toll once he attemped to travel the next time, causing him to become lost in the void between worlds, lose all of his previous memories and even lose the deca-driver, halting his plans indefinitely. Without a leader, Dai-shocker couldn't do anything, nor could they defeat the kamen riders themselves.
That was, until, the worlds began to merge.
Powers and Abilities
Edit
Tsukasa can, as previously stated, do anything but take photographs well. This doesn't apply to superhuman powers, but rather everyday tasks any regular human can preform. This includes but isn't limited to playing instruments, cooking food on par with the world's greatest chefs, master of all sports, diverse knowledge of things like science, even being fluent in and having an understanding of other world's cultures and languages. This also applies to knowing most forms of combat, so he's a very skilled hand to hand fighter even without his powers.
With the Deca-driver though, Tsukasa can become Kamen Rider Decade, a being so powerful he is heralded as a destroyer of worlds. Many fear him, many revere him, many want him dead for it. When it comes into play, he assumes his rider form.
Added by RiderKickOnce he assumes this form, his physical attributes overall are enhanced as follows.
Super Strength: Although he hasn't done much in terms of actual feats, like punching buildings down or carrying tanks or something, we can determine his strength via powerscaling. He defeated all of the Heisei Era Kamen Riders, overpowering them rather well. The most impressive of these was Kuuga's Ultimate form, whose strength is stated to be so great that should he use his ultimate attack, the rider kick, it would destroy the world. He even had the strength to defeat Kuuga's stronger form, Kuuga rising Ultimate, only losing out because he didn't want to hurt Kuuga because they were friends.
Enhanced Durability: This guy has taken a beating over the series, mainly again from the other Heisei Era Kamen Riders. This includes being struck by finisher attacks that would otherwise wipe out main series antagonists, energy blasts, beaten up by superpowered monsters, fallen from incredibly heights and generally just survive things without much damage that would kill a regular human easily. Basically, he's very hard to keep down.
Super Speed: Although he has never used them, the bands on Decade's wrist are microwave emitting Tesla bands. With them, he can move at super speeds that make him appear as nothing more than a blur to the human eye. In fact, the only person to use these bands, Kamen rider Diend, was even moving at speeds monsters known as Orphenochs found difficult to follow, who are known to have sense far superior to humans. Although Decade never used this, probably because through Faiz and Kabuto he has access to greater speeds, he still has this, so it's worth noting.
Enhanced Senses: Worms in Kabuto's world are capable of moving at Mach 60. When a worm attempted to speedblitz Decade with this ability, he allowed himself to be struck twice, then declared it would no longer work. When the worm attacked again, Decade followed and predicted the worm's movements with his eyes, striking it three times during it's movements and disrupting it completely.
Having the power of all other Kamen Riders means he also has a plethora of abilities, some unique to him, but mostly borrowed from other riders. For a full list of them and a description of what they can do, please follow the following links.
ATTACK RIDE These are Tsukasa's abilities he can use in his own, base form. He activates them by inserting cards into the Deca-Driver.
